Our Principal VenueWe hold the majority of our concerts at St
Matthew's Church on the Kettering Road in Northampton (NN1 4RY). This
has been the home of the choir since our first concert in 1935, and we
are proud to continue our association.
The church has wooden seating throughout (many regular audience members
bring a small cushion with them!), but the exact seating layout varies
from concert-to-concert, so our seating is unreserved. If you would like a
seat in the central block, it is best to consider
joining our Friends
scheme, which enables you to reserve seating (the green area on the
layout plan). Otherwise we recommend that you arrive early (doors open
30 minutes before the start of each concert), as we ensure there are
unreserved seats at both the back and front of the central block.
